‘Deviate, Volume 1’ is the first of a two-volume series by eXpanseplane, the brainchild of Philadelphia-based composer Jesse Berg. Following up on eXpanseplane’s Chant Records debut ‘Tranzjenik,’ ‘Deviate’ draws on the depth and breadth of electronic music as well as avant-garde jazz and classical music. The result is a surreal, dense, layered journey into the outer reaches of dark electronica for uncertain times.

Really glad I found this wonderful produced piece of art. I'd say it's kind of Jazz with eastern influenced melodies and the songs are quite diverse. It's a really nice combination of genres and entertaining. StrangeFlow
